This is a request make by 
clear back in December... So sorry for taking forever to finish this. I didn't even have a good reason why. I just got really, really lazy.
Now on to my thoughts on this character... I think she looks really cute I like her color scheme, though I have a strict "no same color on two touching things" policy, so I had to change the color of her shoes slightly, as they were the same color as her pants. I really enjoyed making her, and she's got me curious on any back story behind her...
